Roller Swing Door Opener
Trackless ground-roller automatic swing door operator designed for residential courtyard gates, villa gates, and iron gates. Features an elastic sliding shock absorber that automatically adapts to ground undulations (up to 250mm drop), safe DC24V operation, and manual override key.
Overview
The OPEN BEAR Roller Swing Door Operator (OB-DO-08) is a revolutionary trackless wheel-driven gate opener that mounts on the bottom of the gate leaf, far from the hinge. This ensures efficient, safe force distribution and low power consumption. Equipped with an elastic shock absorber, it automatically rises and falls to adapt to undulating driveways (up to 250mm height variance) without requiring tracks.
500N Thrust. Roller Automation for Uneven Surfaces.
Equipped with a unique spring-loaded sliding shock absorber, the roller operator can elastically lift and fall up to 250mm. This allows it to roll smoothly over slopes and undulating driveways without requiring tracks or damaging the ground.
Uneven Surface Ready
Standard config supports 0-90mm drop; lengthened config supports up to 250mm ground drop.
500N Opening Thrust
High-torque DC24V motor options (40W, 80W, or 120W) provide robust opening power for any gate size.
Auto-Locking 3D Clutch. No Extra Padlocks Needed.
Features an integrated three-dimensional clutch mechanism that automatically locks the driving wheel when the gate is fully closed. In case of power failure, a dedicated manual key switches the system to manual control in seconds.
3D Safety Lock
Locks the gate securely on closing to prevent illegal entry or force-opening.
Manual Override Key
Quick-release mechanical clutch key to switch from electric to manual operation.
Zero Pillar Stress. Installed on New or Old Gates.
Since the driving force pushes directly off the ground rather than pulling against the gatepost, there is zero stress exerted on gate hinges. This protects massive masonry or stone pillars from cracking over time.
Pillar Protection
No stress on gate posts or hinges, preventing structural damage and alignment issues.
Easy Retrofitting
Mounts easily on the bottom frame of new or old gates of any material (wood, metal, or iron).
