Yes. The full production facility is ISO 9001 certified, every unit runs on DC24V safety voltage, and all swing openers carry F-class 155°C thermal protection. The side-mounted swing opener is additionally CE certified — the only model in the range with that designation.
Because AC asynchronous motors carry a live electrical leakage risk, leaving gate housings live to the touch. Open Bear uses DC24V servo permanent magnet synchronous motors across the whole range — the 24V voltage sits well below the electric-shock threshold, so there's no leakage risk.
Every unit is tested individually under full load during assembly, with motor signal output verified on an oscilloscope before it moves on — per-unit verification, not batch sampling or end-of-run spot checks.
